Home Maintenance Inspection
Homeownership comes with a lot of maintenance duties. Over time and with use, the physical structure and internal systems start to deteriorate and may lead to expensive repairs if left unattended for a long time.
You can use our annual home maintenance inspection to identify areas that require immediate attention so that you don’t wake up to a flooded bathroom, leaking roof or mold build-up in the attic.
A typical home maintenance inspection includes foundation, roof, plumbing & electrical systems, smoke detectors, HVAC, crawlspaces, garage door and much more.
Do you want us to inspect an area in particular? We’d be happy to do it for you. We will also red flag safety hazards and list out areas where regular monitoring may be required.
What does our Repair Evaluation include?
Has your home undergone a major repair? If so, you will want to be 100% sure that the repair has been performed to the best standards, and the underlying issue has been taken care of completely.
Despite your builder’s best intentions, they might have left a couple of loose ends that could turn into safety hazards. This is where our repair evaluations can save the day.
We will inspect the structure thoroughly to determine the quality of the repair work and will also leave a rework recommendation if it doesn’t check out perfectly.
As soon as your builder completes the repair-work, get in touch with us for a thorough, unbiased evaluation.
